For what purpose do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data is processed because you are filling in a candidate form for a volunteer at the European Universities Games in Lodz. The collected data is necessary for the recruitment process. The legal basis for the processing your data is Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR*, i.e. your consent to the processing.

We assure you that your data is duly protected and the scope of the data we collect is adequate to the purpose – name, e-mail, age, knowledge and preferences regarding volunteering.

Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The data collected for the purposes mentioned above is co-administered by Akademicki Związek Sportowy with its registered office in Warsaw at Kredytowa 1A, tel. (+48) 506 135 007, email address zg@azs.pl and EUSA (European University Sport Association) with its registered office at C/O ASVZ, ETH Zentrum CH-8092 Zurich, Switzerland, email address: office@eusa.eu.

Who will your data be disclosed to?

Your data will not be made available to any recipients, with the exception of authorities authorized by law and persons or companies who, on the instructions of the Administrator and for the same purpose, process your personal data.

How long will the data be stored?

Personal data obtained for the purpose of recruitment will be processed for the recruitment period and then deleted. In the case of persons who undertake cooperation as volunteers, data will be stored until the end of such cooperation.

What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your personal data?

You have the right to:

• request from the Personal Data Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
• object to further processing of all or part of your personal data,
• withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data,
• file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office – if you believe that your data is being processed in violation of the law.

Other information

• Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
• Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment process. In case of failing to provide the data, cooperation will not be possible.
• Your data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Your data will also not be transferred to international organizations.
